Cable rail end cap also can be called cable end cap, heat shrink cable end cap, heat shrinkable end caps, etc, heat shrink end caps are typically used to seal cable ends and provide mechanical and environmental protection, provide a permanent, flexible and water-resistant barrier, sealing cable ends and providing reliable protection. When heated above 120ºC, the end caps shrink, forcing melted adhesive to cover the substrate. The adhesive forms a flexible bond with a wide variety of rubbers, plastics and metals. Adhesive reflow will occur at temperatures above 80ºC .

How to install Cable rail end cap
1) Prepare cable by selecting appropriate size cap making sure both are clean prior to application.
2) Place end seal cap over the cable end and apply heat evenly moving towards open end.
3) After Heat has been applied the end cap shrinks to the cable creating a durable protective seal.
