Heat shrink bus bar tubing

In general, the Heat shrink bus bar tubing diameter should be same as the width of the cu busbar. But, for 1kV bar, when the busbar bending angle is less than or equal to 120 degrees, or a bus into a Z shape, the heat shrink tube diameter should be larger than the busar width by 5-10mm.

Selection of heat shrink bus bar tubing

1) The inside and outside of the busbar sleeve should be smooth, without breakage and no crack.

2) The voltage level of the busbar protection heat shrinkable tube should be matched with the voltage level of the bus. (1kV, 10kV, 35kV)

3) Heat shrinkable tube Sizes should be matched with the bus bar sizes.

4) Tube Color should be arranged according to the phase of busbar.

A, B, C Three phases and neutral lines (i.e. zero lines) must be used to represent the phase sequence in yellow, green, red and light blue.
