The automobile wire harness is composed of connectors, wires, insulation wrapping materials, etc. With the development of the times and the continuous improvement of people's requirements, the additional functions of automobiles are more and more, and the number of wire harness wires of automobiles is also increasing. Connector connection is often used in traditional product design of automobile harness. In recent years, the price of automobile is decreasing continuously. The design of multi-wire connection of automobile harness has changed from connector connection to U-card connection or high frequency welding connection. Transparent double-wall heat shrinkable tube

The outer layer of the transparent double-wall heat shrinkable tube is made of transparent and semi-rigid polyolefin, which is made by radiation crosslinking and special process. The inner layer is made of high viscous waterproof transparent hot melt adhesive. Heat shrinkage tools are often heated and contracted by hot air gun. The size of heat shrinkage tube is chosen according to the size of line diameter. For example, the diameter of <2.0 MM 2 is of the size of_4, and the diameter of <3.0 mm2 is of the size of_5.

Black double-wall heat shrinkable tube

The outer layer of the black double-wall heat shrinkable tube is made of high quality polyolefin material and the inner layer is made of hot melt adhesive. Heat shrinkage tools can shrink when heated by hot air gun or baking heat shrinkage pipe machine. The size of heat shrinkage pipe is chosen according to the size of line diameter. For example, the diameter of < 2.0 mm 2 is of the size of_4, and the diameter of < 2.5 < 3.0 mm is of the size of_5.

1) The advantages of insulation, anticorrosion and waterproofing are the highest. After heat shrinkage, it can be seen that there are white gum overflow at both ends of the heat shrinkage pipe.
