For this kind of heat shrinkable bushing, its caliber is related to the busbar used. It varies from 25 mm to 400 mm. The voltage can be divided into three categories: 1KV, 10KV and 35KV. The color of the bushing is mainly red, yellow and green. Shrinkage ratio is generally between 2:1 and 3:1, continuous use temperature: - 55 ~105 C, minimum initial shrinkage temperature: 80 C, minimum complete shrinkage temperature: 120 C, shrinkage speed is fast. Matrix heat-shrinkable tubes also have relevant requirements of flame retardancy, aging resistance, insulation, water absorption, etc. These requirements can be found in an industry code of the Ministry of Electricity, "DLT 1059-2007 heat-shrinkable tubes for buses of power equipment".
When purchasing busbar heat shrinkable bushing, the first consideration is voltage, 1K, 10KV or 35KV: the second is caliber, which is similar to that of electronic products heat shrinkable bushing. The caliber should be moderate. Of course, if the wall thickness is thicker after shrinkage, the insulation performance is better. The breakdown strength of 1mm thickness is about 25KV. Generally, the specifications provided by manufacturers are suitable for most of the mothers. Layout products; and then the color, generally red, yellow and green, but there are other colors, very few, such as black mother heat pipe, Purple Mother heat pipe. Usually the surface of the mother row tube is smooth, the wall thickness is uniform, and the thickness meets the standard, then it is better goods. The intrinsic is the physical and electrical properties. These can only be used in practice. The key to the flame retardant performance of the mother row heat shrinkage tube is to see what kind of flame retardant is added in it, the measurement added, and the communication. The price of flame-retardant properties is more expensive, because additives are more expensive. If you encounter products with special specifications, such as caliber, color, etc., if you can't find the existing manufacturers to do it, you can only customize them specially. That price is very high, and it will involve a large amount of the cost of opening the mould. Sample cost, the sample can not be a small amount at a time, because mixers and Extruders must have a certain amount. It can be produced, especially with regard to color changing and formula.
For heat shrinkable casing, brand goods, quality assurance, stable performance, good reputation, high price is relatively high, small manufacturers have obvious price advantages, but product stability, production capacity, supply reputation is worth studying.
