Heat shrinkable bushing is a special heat shrinkable sleeve made of polyolefin.

Properties: low temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant, insulation and anticorrosion function. Widely used in various wiring harness, solder joint, inductance insulation protection, metal pipe, rod anti-rust, anti-corrosion and so on. Voltage level 600V.

Polymer materials undergo glassy-high elastic state from low to high temperature, and their properties in glassy state are close to those of plastics, and in high elastic state they are close to those of rubber.

The material used for the heat shrinkable tube is glass state at room temperature and becomes high elastic state after heating.

Use: Heat shrinkable tube to high elastic state during production, apply load to make it expand, cool rapidly while keeping expansion, make it enter glass state, this state is fixed. When heated, it will return to high elastic state, but when the load is gone, it will shrink back.

  热缩管所用材料在室温下是玻璃态,加热后变成高弹态。

  使用: 生产时把热缩管加热到高弹态,施加载荷使其扩张,在保持扩张的情况下快速冷却,使其进入玻璃态,这种状态就固定住了。在使用时一加热,它就会变回高弹态,但这时载荷没有了,它就要回缩。
